It’s akin to quickly refueling an empty tank, potentially preventing oxidative stress linked to depression and neurodegenerative diseases.

Despite the promising benefits, effective dosing remains crucial. Current recommendations suggest three to five grams of creatine monohydrate daily, as higher doses might cause side effects like stomach pain or kidney strain. Users should start with lower doses, gradually increasing as tolerated to minimize bloating and water retention.
