Ultra-processed foods are typically packaged for speed and ease. They include sweetened cereals, instant noodles, reconstituted meats, and sugary beverages. These items tend to be high in refined sugars, unhealthy fats, salt, and artificial additives, while offering little fiber, vitamins, or minerals.
